MEET THE FOUNDER & head Instructor
Amadeusz Różycki
I have been professionally involved in recreational diving since 2020. I am a PADI Staff Instructor with experience that includes over 3,000 logged dives and more than 300 conducted courses across various recreational levels.
My work is focused on quality, safety, and the diver’s comfort. I approach every dive individually, treating it as a carefully managed process that requires attention, precision, and full instructor involvement. I place strong emphasis on proper buoyancy control, efficient breathing habits, and awareness of the underwater environment.
My goal is not only to teach skills, but also to help divers develop calmness, confidence, and responsibility underwater. I believe that high-level diving is not defined by speed or the number of certifications, but by solid preparation, experience, and a mindful approach

I am a positive, responsible, and professional individual with a passion for travel, reading, and spending quality time with family. My curious and restless mind constantly seeks meaningful and valuable projects.
After many years of stress and pursuing financial success alone, I chose to immerse myself in the world of diving. There, I discovered a new understanding of true wealth: having time, living calmly, being present, and finding inner peace.
Diving has transformed not only my profession but also my way of life. Today, the ocean offers me clarity, balance, and tranquility — and it is this experience that I share through ChillDivers.

In 2019, I became a PADI Instructor, and since then diving has been both my profession and my passion. With approximately 4,000 logged dives and hundreds of completed courses, I have guided divers from their very first breaths underwater to refining advanced skills.
In 2022, I expanded my expertise into technical diving, strengthening my focus on precision, equipment configuration, and calm, structured problem-solving. This experience has shaped my teaching style — structured, supportive, and focused on building genuine confidence.
I am particularly passionate about buoyancy control and sidemount diving. For me, a great dive is defined by balance, awareness, and true comfort underwater — and this is exactly what I aim to help every diver achieve.

Diving has been a central part of my life for many years, and teaching became its natural extension. I became a PADI Instructor in 2017, and since 2020 I have also been teaching technical diving courses within the ProTec system.
With over 10,000 logged dives and hundreds of certifications issued, I work with both recreational and technical divers, always placing strong emphasis on safety, precision, and calm execution.
Beyond teaching, I am passionate about underwater photography, which develops observation and attention to detail — the same values I aim to pass on to every diver. My mission is to ensure that every diver feels comfortable, confident, and fully in control underwater.
